“I set up BCS Broking over 10 years ago to provide my son Bailey (The B in BCS) with a place to feel empowered and equal. A place he could come to and feel safe, a second home. Bailey was diagnosed with extreme learning disabilities at age 5 and we as a family have had to adjust and learn how to deal with a variety of challenges along the way. Much of the same values we put into BCS today: family, trust, continually learning and listening and providing the very best for our customers”
